Trading Terms & Conditions
These Trading Terms & Conditions govern all peer‑to‑peer trades conducted through SonnySwap. By creating or accepting a trade, you agree to follow these rules in addition to the main Terms of Trade.
1. Verification & eligibility
To help prevent scams, traders may be required to complete additional verification steps (for example: payment authorization checks or item verification media) before a trade is activated.
2. Activating a trade
A trade is considered active only when both parties:
- Agree on which Sonny Angels are being exchanged
- Complete any required verification steps
- Prepare to ship within the provided time window
3. Shipping obligations
Once a trade is active, both users must package their figures securely and ship within the stated timeframe. Repeated failures to ship, or shipping different items than agreed, may lead to account restrictions.
4. Disputes
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or obviously misrepresented item, you must report it within the confirmation window shown in the app. SonnySwap may request additional photos or details to review the situation.
