Terms of Trade

1. Eligibility and Verification Requirements

To maintain a safe and trustworthy trading environment, all users must complete our verification steps before participating in a trade. Verification includes:

  • Confirming identity through a secure, temporary payment authorization
  • Providing accurate photos and a short verification video of the Sonny Angel being traded
  • Displaying a platform-generated security code in the verification media

These steps help confirm item authenticity and prevent fraudulent listings.

The verification process is required once per item listed, and the payment authorization is not a charge.

2. Creating a Trade

A trade becomes active when:

  • Both users agree to exchange specific items,
  • Both complete the verification requirements, and
  • Both pre-pay the shipping cost for their outbound packages through the platform.

Shipping labels are only released once all steps above are successfully completed.

3. Shipping Requirements

After shipping labels are issued, both users must ship their items within the timeframe provided during the trade flow.

Failure to ship within the required window may result in:

  • Automatic cancellation of the trade
  • Account warnings, restrictions, or suspension
  • Reversal or return of shipments already in transit

The platform strictly enforces shipping deadlines to ensure fair and consistent trading behavior.

4. Package Handling and Delivery

Users are responsible for properly packaging their items to prevent damage in transit.

Tracking information is automatically collected and updated through the platform.

Once both items are delivered, each user has a limited period to confirm receipt and item condition.

If no issues are reported within the confirmation window, the trade is considered final.

5. Non-Compliance and Failed Shipments

If one or both users fail to ship within the required timeframe:

  • The trade may be canceled automatically
  • Any package already in transit may be returned to the sender
  • The non-compliant user may receive account strikes or temporary restrictions

These measures protect compliant users and maintain the integrity of the trading system.

6. Disputes and Resolutions

Users must report any incorrect, damaged, or unverified items within the confirmation window following delivery.

The platform may request additional evidence (e.g., photos, video) to determine the outcome.

The platform reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny dispute claims
  • Reverse or cancel a trade
  • Restrict accounts that repeatedly violate trading guidelines

All dispute decisions are final.

7. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false or misleading photos or verification media
  • Attempting to ship counterfeit, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Abusing the shipping or cancellation system
  • Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Engaging in any activity that compromises the safety or integrity of the platform

Violation may result in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.

8. Platform Rights

The platform reserves the right to:

  • Decline any trade that does not meet verification standards
  • Cancel trades suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Adjust verification or shipping requirements as needed
  • Enforce account restrictions at its sole discretion

These powers exist to maintain a safe and fair trading experience for all users.
